I made a full recipe of Cuban Style Picadillo and a full large bag of Vigo saffron rice. I hope there is enough Picadillo left to freeze for another night - Himself really likes this meal.

Brined, pan-fried boneless pork chops, pilaf and peas.

Busy day, so I made what my mum called a French omelette and added feta and scallions. We had it with ww toast.

Brown basmati rice and mixed vegetables w/mustard sauce, baked beans, large salad w/grain and beans, greens, tomatoes, pickles, tomato dressing.
