My kitchen is getting torn apart so tonight, we ordered delivery. I'm having spaghetti with meatballs. Frank is opting for an Italian Cheesesteak sub.

HB gravy on butter noodles. Corn and garlic ciabatta rolls.

We had two Vietnamese inspired pork patties left from yesterday. I nuked them and we added Nước chấm at the table. I also made some twice baked potatoes and served some vegis (corn, carrots, peas, and green beans) sautéed with some green masala and then mixed with some yogourt. That worked really well.

I have not been feeling well the last two days. Tonight, DH roasted some chicken breasts and made Stovetop Stuffing. Comfort food :yum:

We're on the road to FL, so I made "TV dinners for us for tonight, using the nice rectangular take out containers we get from the Thai restaurant. We had chicken marsala over noodles with peas on the side. Grapes for dessert.

I made citron jelly, as I usually do around this time of year. I've posted recipe before. Sorry no pictures.
