i'll be getting my salads, dips, salsa, cheese platter and cold cut platters ready for NYE and NYD, so dinner will probably be catch as can tonight.

Soup night tonight. Tortellini soup and modified Italian wedding soup. Probably either spinach salad or killer coleslaw as well.

i am thinking i want eggs, bacon, potatoes and cheese biscuits some time today. i really want to get my salads and dips made today, they taste so much better the second day. but we see what happens. i didn't sleep but 2 hours so i may try for a nap before starting the prep.

veggie soup. was gonna cook crabcakes or crab-stuffed 'shrooms, 'cept i'm likely on my own tonite & i'm not opening a pound of crabmeat for 1 crabcake.

I actually made dinner, msmofet! Nothing spectacular, but it was good! The eggs were scrambled with cheese and diced red bell pepper.
