I tear up a head of frizee {sp} a med sized one depending how many are here into a med bowl. but first I whisk together 2 Tab. evoo,1-3 tab. fresh lemon juice and salt and pepper.Then I add 1 large or med apple that I've cored and sliced thin, also a small bulb of fennel trimmed and thinly sliced on a mandolin,3-4 green onions thin sliced. and toss, now add 4-5 oz. Gorgonzola Dolce that youve lightly crumbled. Top with toasted walnuts about 1/2 cups worth.
