Cerveza has been bottled and will be "fizzy" in about 6 weeks.



Yes we reuse the commercial bottles . We are very stringent on the cleaning and care of bottles though.

Thanks Fi! We just got a batch of Pilsner started and there are two batches of wine on the go, an Okanagan Chardonnay (grapes from BC) and a Pinot Grigio ( probably Californian, can't remember)
