ISO recipe for Hershey's dry mix for chocolate milk

Does anyone know of a recipe to make a large quantity of dry mix for chocolate milk using hersheys cocoa?

I'm guessing you'd add powdered milk and sugar or Splenda. I'll see if I can find something about it.

I'm wrong...no powdered milk...just sugar. I found that on Wikipedia, but haven't run across an actual recipe. You could probably experiment a bit and work it out.

This is a recipe I use for making gifts in a jar.

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX


2 cups dry milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix the ingredients and put them into a plastic container
Use 1/4 cup per cup of boiling water."
Makes 20 cups. (Makes 80 servings)
