I've neglected to feed my sourdough starter for at least two weeks now...and it's supposed to be done every 5 days (sugar, milk and flour).

Should I pitch it or is it ok??? It looks normal, I guess...no mold.

Should be fine...Just pour off the "hooch", feed it, and see what happens. They are pretty resilient, especially if left in the fridge instead of room temp.

Yep try a loaf. We go through life trying and learning. And all you have to lose is a bad loaf of bread.

When I kept sourdough, I sometimes neglected it longer than that. Once, after a couple of months, it looked really bad (but not moldy), so I used about half a cup out of it to start a new batch, and it was fine.

Yours will be fine after only two weeks. Leave it out on the counter overnight after you feed it.
