Roasted Cheese Potatoes

Roasted Cheese Potatoes:

6 baking potatoes, washed
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp. sweet basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chopped onions
Dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Slice the potatoes and place in a greased 8 x 8-in. baking pan. Sprinkle the onions over the potatoes. Combine margarine, basil, salt and pepper. Brush over potatoes. Bake at 425 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs to cover and add cheese. Continue baking for 10 minutes or until done.
