Stuffed pepper idea's

i was lookin through my moms cookbooks and i found my cookbook from the grad class of 2002 made and sold around our school. . .anyways i found this one pepper recipe that is so short and simple but it was realy good when i made it today

1 1/2 lb italian sasuage
15-20 Hungarian hot peppers
1 lb cream cheese
1 lb grated chedder
1 loaf italian bread

cook sasuage in pan untill brown. drain. in large bowl, add package of cream cheese. mix in sasuage and chedder. cut tops off of peppers and clean out seeds. stuff peppers. heat in oil untill pepper skin is soft and browns slightly. serve with italian bread

Sometimes, the solution to all life's problems is a good dessert.
