I occasionally watch youtube videos by I guy who calls himself, Shotgun Red. His recipes are all pretty tasty. This morning, his goulash video caught. my eye. I wondered how it compared to my own. It was about identical, except he also added chili powder to his, and used elbow macaroni instead of the Cavatapi noodles that I use. His method for making it is the same as mine also. Of course, my version is what my Dad made, except that he used Rotini noodles. And we liberally coated our goulash with Kraft Parmesan. I absolutely loved it
