Thai food?
I have recently again got in to thai food , does anyone know of a great book to buy as i have only few on thai cusine.

Nick, I haven't made any of these recipes but I know that Gordon Ramsay did a Thai column in Food and Drink | Times Online. You may want to look at those.

Also, again untried:
Thai Video recipes

And one of not so long-joined members is from Thailand. If I recall his/her name, I'll post again.

Bilby I like the videos of Thai food. I will go shopping and try some of the recipes. Thanks for sharing.
