Hi All,

I am a french guy, 27 year old who enjoy cooking a little bit !
I made a few html pages to explain how to prepare bread with organic leaven, different kinds of flour and -if you want- seeds. There are several recipes !

This is how people do it here in france, and this is how I prepared the bread for my familly about 3 or 4 breads per week for 1 year now!

I used to live in the US (weast cost), and I whished I could have had a bread recipe like that, because the bread one could buy in supermarket was really crap!
