hey what/where is the best minestrone you ever had? i'm not looking for any more than a book title, etc, not the whole recipe but i guess ppl could put those up. the best i ever had was at a restaurant i used to work at. i wanted to steal the recipe for it before i quit but didn't get a chance. it was really long (as they usually are) & i didn't usually have time to sneak the book out & write it down.
