I am new here, my name is Alexander, and I used to hate the kitchen when I was in my early 20's but began to appreciate cooking more and more , so I am here to make new friends that love of course " cooking " and have a passion for it. I am Peruvian, so I know I have tried to learn how to cook peruvian food. Thanks everyone

I have made what is called bistek apanado (milanesa) with green spaghetti. Spinach is what makes it green ( Healthy ) , I hope the picture uploads.

Welcome! I don't know much about Peruvian cooking, but Las Vegas is my old stomping grounds. I went to school there back in the early 90s, and stuck around for a number of years afterward.
