with some steamed Broccolini and Three Cheese Tortellini
drowning in Olive Oil, Garlic, Butter
(sshhhh! DH claims to very much dislike butter
),
Parsley, and a splash of White Wine - finished with
a ton of grated Parmesan Cheese
THAT was a home run, outta the ball park, DELICIOUS!
DH said once finished, "Boy, you've really stepped up your game!
The food around here lately has been on the sad side."
