Need help ! Chocolate Truffles

Hey people I need help. Some friend is getting married and I know he likes chocolate truffles very much. Can someone recommends very very simple chocolate truffles recipes. Like some I can make without any cooking knowledge ?

I have a recipe for oreo chocolate truffles.

Here it is:
1 pkg oreos
1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 pks. semi sweet chocolate

Melt chocolate in a double broiler. Grind up oreos, set aside 1/2 cup. Miz remaining oreos with softened cream cheese. Then roll a spoonful into a ball and dip in chocolate. Place on wax paper and sprinkle with remaining oreo crumbs. Refridgerate.
