New to me ...
Last week I took some asparagus, tossed with olive oil and seasonings, and used my "griddler" to cook them! I've always loved veggies cooked on the barbecue, so I don't know why I didn't try this earlier (I've only had the appliance for a few months). I can't wait to try it with lengthwise slices of zucchini and eggplant!
