Olive Garden adds Italian-accented burger and fries to menu

You don't expect Olive Garden to be true to its fake Italian roots, do you? They probably have focus group reports saying there's often a co-worker who wants a burger for lunch who persuades the group to go somewhere else, and they can get more sales by offering a burger. It's a business decision, not an expression of cultural heresy

I would not oreder it, however, my meat loving DH is all kinds of excited to go there now and try it. I will just stick to the soup, salad and breadsticks .. and a glass of wine and he can have the burger.

My husband never wants to go there because he doesn't like pasta, so maybe now he will go.
