Raspberry and Honey Glazed Game Hens

Ingredients

12 inch Dutch oven


1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
4 Cornish game hens


Procedure

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a 12" Dutch oven. In a
bag combine flour, salt, and cayenne pepper. Place
each Cornish game hen into the bag and shake well.
After it is coated in flour place it into the Dutch
oven. Once all the chicken is in the oven bake at 350
degrees 15 coals on bottom, 10 coals on top for 30
minutes. melt remaining butter, and combine remaining
ingredients into a 5" Dutch oven over 2 coals. Pour
over game hens, and continue cooking for 45 minutes.
