Not at ours. Craig was over on the west coast for work, so he picked up some stone crabs for us. This will be it for us for this season, which closes the 15th. Mustard sauce of course and just a plain salad we ate prior.

No tacos here. Tuesday is almost always steak night for me, and tonight is no exception.

That said, I'm hosting a board meeting for my wine club this coming Saturday, and, being that it's Cinco de Mayo, I'm setting up a street taco bar for the guests. :chef:

We're having basically the same thing as last night - gyros and a salad. I've been busy gardening, so I don't have a lot of time to devote to dinner.

Pecan chicken salad with watercress harvested from a local spring on a pita.

It's May Day, but no dancing around the May Pole here. Summer weather will be starting tomorrow, just a day late. In anticipation, tonight's dinner was burgers on the grill, Bush's Grillin' Beans enhanced with bacon and onions.

It's St. Paddy's Day in our kitchen. My latest freezer archaeological expedition found a corned beef from last year. Corned beef and carrots cabbage on the menu, along with a slice of fresh-baked homemade rye bread. :yum: So good for soaking up the juices.

Lentil and veggie soup, with a slice of toasted sourdough. Chilly and rainy here today, so that hit the spot. :yum:

Steve....thanks for the reminder that Cinco de Mayo is this weekend. Street taco bar for your guests sounds like fun! I think I'll get the fixins' and invite my brother over on Saturday.

Rick Bayless started recording new Taco Tuesday episodes on his YouTube channel. This week, it was BLT tacos. Hmmmm. Interesting.

I've got some taters roasting and some chicken ready for the grill.

I went back to my old neighborhood on the way in to work tonight and stopped off at a North Jersey institution, Pizzatowne USA, for a sausage and hot pepper parm hero.

Go away, this is all mine.

Go.

Just kidding. No. No zeppoles. I would never have ever gotten out of my car to go into work.

Are you sure you don't need some help with that?

You gonna eat that pickle?
