Buon Giorno,

I have been quite pleased to see Green Goddess thread ... It is one of my fave salad dressings, and I love it with grilled prawns and grilled squid.

So, I had decided to post this thread ...

My faves are:

1. Green Goddess
2. Evoo ( extra virgin olive oil 100% hojiblanca, an olive variety ) Karlos Arguiñano or Dauro and Modena Balsamic Vinegar
3. Italian Gorgonzola, French Roquefort or Spanish Cabrales Blue Vein or Asturian Spanish Picón Blue Vein home made dressing
4. Caesar
5. Classic Vinaigrette a L´ancienne: grain Dijon moutarde ( mustard ), white wine or Champagne Vinegar or Rasberry and Evoo ...
