Hi,
This is my favorite easy-to-make salad dressing given to me by a friend. Yes, I eat it in winter too, but somehow it's just so light and tasty for the summer months. Here goes:
-1 cup of Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup of Vinegar (I use whatever's in my fridge door, probably red)
- 1/4 cup of Braggs Liquid Aminos (can find in Whole Foods Grocery store, it's similar in taste to Tamari Soy Sauce)
- a bit of Tahini which I never add but is supposed to keep it from separating
Just mix all together and enjoy. The mixture separates fairly quickly but only needs a good shake before use. I keep mine in one of those Hidden Valley crocks, it's got a good lid that doesn't leak when shaken.
