I have been craving turkey for a while and yesterday was the day to give in!

9lb Butterball, unseasoned, unbrined and uninjected (besides from Butterball).

I thought gravy was for overcooked, dried out meat? Somebody very smart told me that, now if only I could remember who it was..............

Well I have become aware that yankees have certain unusual habits..such as eating Turkey other than on Thanksgiving and stuff like that. Not sure whut is up on that deal. Hard to imagine them winning the War of Northern Aggression with such disjointed thought patterns.
