We had company over tonight and for dinner I grilled bacon wrapped filets that I hand cut to 1 1/2" thick. Seasoned with kosher salt, ground black pepper and Tone's Steak Dust. Grilled directly over coals to start and then moved the meat indirecty to finsh. Potatoes where thrown in foil with butter, granulated garlic and dill. Also had some grilled shrimp for a app, a salad and really good desert, but didn't take pics of any of them. :roll: On to the pics!!
