I'm trying to find a BBQ/Smoking bootcamp or class in Ohio or Kentucky. I'm not coming up with much online. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Cooking Classes

I don't see anything in either Ohio or Kentucky coming up in the near future. Many of these classes are held over the Winter season.

Paul Kirk has a pretty good class on tape on barbecue cooking and competition cooking that you might want to look into as it is reasonable in price and does have some great information. You can find the info here:
