Black Russian Cake
This is the only cake I could find that is 'adult'
Black Russian Cake
1 pkg dark chocolate cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
1 3-oz package instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup creme de cacao
1/4 cup Kahlua
Topping:
1 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
2 Tbs strong coffee
2 Tbs Kahlua
2 Tbs creme de cacao
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the cake, combine all the cake ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth, about 4 minutes. Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan until 3/4 full. (save any remaining for another small cake or cup cakes). Bake 45-50 minutes. While cake is baking, mix the topping ingredients until smooth. Remove cake from pan, inverting on a serving platter. With a skewer or ice pick, punch holes throughout the cake. Pour topping over warm cake. Serves 12.
