Brisket Primer

Decided to do a couple of chickens to get the wsm primed for the brisket later on.

The one day I am ok with higher temps, the wsm is plugging along at 253 with the vents wide open. :roll:

Take the lid off for a couple minutes Cliff, then put it back on. That should get your temps up quickly!
 
Sorry for the delay. I took the chickens off and prepped the brisket and then loaded the wsm up again.

Then I stopped and had some supper. :D
