Have not used my broiler much on my fairly new Wolf gas/gas. Other half put aluminun foil in the pan to aid in cleanup. This stove recomends that the door be closed when operating. Before you know it she says that there was some smoke and turned on the fan. When I checked it for doneness the foil was on fire and needless to say it was well done. Quickly took pan and contents outside and all was alright (except for the lamb chops) What gives ??????
