i saw tyler's ultimate a few days ago and he had his butcher
grind up a brisket and made burgers with it. has anyone tried
this? i have never had my butcher grind up meat for me. if i try
this do all i have to ask them to do is grind it for burgers? will
they charge me? and would they need to add a binding agent?
the only thing i have ever asked my butcher to do was cut steaks
of a rib roast and tenderize chicken breast. i think i am missing
out
