140 lbs of Butts and 11 brisket flats. It was a pretty good day in spite of the rain. Started the pit at 5:30 am and finished the last butt at 7:30 pm.
I let the butts drip down on the flats at first then I moved the butts down after the briskets were finished for conveinence. Don't know if I will do that again. It did keep them moist though.
Sorry no before pics or pics of the flats on the smoker.. the wife had the camera taking pics of the daughter at an egg hunt.
I was hoping for a better smoke ring on the brisket, but it didnt turn out that way.
