Heres an adapted version of the roadside chicken recipe found on TVWB. Time off this week has allowed me some time to cook and wiht the nice weather it couldnt be at a better time! Took me a couple tries to get the recipe to work on the primo but i think i got it. If the skin looks dark its supposed to :) the colour is misleading its really good.

Wow that is some fine looking deceased barnyard avian parts. Which not counting the liver gizzard heart preachers nose and the little oysters on the back bone..thighs is my next favorite of all the parts. Good job young man.

Ya, it wasnt my best tho. ran short of stock and forgot to mix in the Parmesan at the end. It was pretty good considering tho.
 
Hey now..purty shore it unlawful to even know how to speel risotto here in God's Country. May have accidentally ate some one time. Do it have a mouf feel similar to tapioca puddin which got imbred by birdshot by any chance? Thanks.
