Picked up some chicken tenders from Publix, with that crispy skin they make great chicken salad.
Chopped with red onion, celery, olives, and S&P; waiting for the mayo. We go in different directions here;
my wife likes the lite stuff while I stick with Hellmann’s original.
Some tater tots as a side dish.
Served on a bed of lettuce with red wine vinegar and grape tomatoes.
