I roasted a chicken breast and some merguez sausages. I served them with wholewheat couscous and a salad (Boston lettuce, corn, peas, shaved red onion, some sliced celery, and my batch vinaigrette). That was pretty darned good. I really like the way chicken tastes when it is roasted under sausages. Gets basted with sausage drippings. I had a peach for dessert.
