A simple crumble recipe. All you need is:
100 grams of flour, sifted
100 grams of chocolate chips
50 grams of oatmeal
4 tablespoons of sugar
Butter

And as for fruit, I used skinned apples (Cooking apples actually) and canned peaches.

First, I grease an ovenproof dish. Then I throw in the skinned apples in the dish, cut into finger-sized slices. After that, I drain the peaches and put the peaches in the same dish as the apples. Then, I take 4 tablespoons of the juice I drained previously and throw it into the apples and peaches. You have to distribute the juice evenly or it'll taste like pickles.

The topping is basic and can be made in like 10 minutes. I put the flour in a bowl and then rub butter in until it looks like breadcrumbs. Then, I mix in the sugar, chocolate chips and oatmeal. When that's done, spread the topping on the fruits.

Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes and voila! My sister had a smart idea to make caramel out of the remaining butter we had, so we used that as a sauce. Still needs several improvements, but it's good when you're on a rush.
