Sounds bland,? yep but it is wonderful if you have some left over veggies you don't know what to do with or a simple head of lettuce. Combine 2 tea. salt,1 tea white pepper, 1/2 tea. cracked black pepper, 1/4 tea. sugar,1/2 tea. dry mustard, juice of 1/2 lemon,1 clove crushed garlic,5 tab. tarragon vinegar,1/2 c. veggie oil,2 Tab/ evoo, 1/2 c. light cream 1 pasturized beaten egg in a jar with tight fitting lid and shake well, store in refrigerator. Will keep several weeks...makes 2 cups
