I found this idea online, & asked my buddie at Brewbachers grill to make it.
The idea is to put a mound of cheese on top the patty after the 1st flip, using a WELL seasoned griddle is a must. The cheese melts out onto the griddle making a semi crunchy & chewy crust. It was Damm good too.
