Kingsford Baby Back Pork Ribs with Sweet & Smoky Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

A few weeks ago I found some nice big crab legs on sale for $5.99 lb. I bought about 5 lbs. We at 3 lbs last night with broccoli and cheese sauce.

An oven barbecued pork chop on a bed of rice, mushrooms, onion, and green bell pepper.

A KozyShack simply natural rice pudding cup for afters.

I made a quick chili and some cornbread. Warm for a cool day!

For me it's good old fish and chips with some mushy peas

Greek spinach lemon lentil soup with WW bread. Oat-fruit-raisin 'cookies'.

We had loaded baked potato soup, salad, and sandwiches for supper last night. Oreo cookies for dessert.

I made a "French omelette" with feta and scallions. Served with whole wheat toast.
