who of you have ever heard about the term?

for about four years i'm often busy thinking about the term.

i think people are in a groupthink and it is very bad thing

Never heard the expression til now. Looked it up and yeah, it is very easy to follow a suggestion rather than state your own mind. But you can't generalize it as bad. Leadership is often a good thing - just so long as you believe in your ownself's beliefs.

I have a feeling your referring to political groupthink. Discussing politics or religion over the internet is probably a good metric to describe that phenomena. Yeah, don't do that.
