(Breakfast this morning, Vienna Sausage Eggs And Rice-we say it as if it were one word in Hawaii:LOL:)

This is how I like my scrambled Eggs.
Not too dry, not to wet, with Shoyu aka Soy Sauce and Furikake on top!!!

We tried the Ramsey Method but couldn't even get past the looks of it :stuart:

I prefer more towards the dry side almost over cooked, but not quite, just so they have some substance to them.

Add salt and tobasco, put it on toast and I'm good.

Or fluffy, but never runny. Yuck.

I do like my non scrambled eggs cooked so just the yolk is runny, but thick.

Ever have them with homemade ketchup? I am not a fan of the stuff in the bottle, except to dip French fries into. But, homemade ketchup, yeah that I put on my eggs.

I love homemade ketchup but I don't know what it is but any time I see someone put ketchup on their eggs I do a squirm and look away. And everyone in my family uses ketchup on eggs!

But then they do the same with me. I love grape jelly on my eggs. :)

I like to pool a half dozen eggs and add about 1/3 cup of pancake batter and
whisk that up well and pour half of it on the griddle. Then fold it as it cooks.

I prefer eggs to be cooked well enough to be safe and I like hot sauce with mine.

I like my eggs however they come out of the waffle iron.
The REAL eggos! (yes, it works for scrambled eggs too, IF you have seasoned waffle iron grids. Don't try this with non-stick irons that have scratches on the surface and let the top down g-e-n-t-l-y.
