Early morning Cook

Up at 4:30 am to start dinner….Thing 1 wanted me to wake him so he could help out with the smoker..2 Butts and a Brisket rolling smoke…We are going to head out to the farmers market to get another batch of pickles ready to go.

Back from the farmers market...blueberries abd rasberries are in along with the pickles. We also picked up some Greens to go with dinner...

Good morning Dave. Well, it's 7:50am here so it's nearly noon there. I have somewhat similar plans today. My 33 year old son is in town and we're doing ribs for 14 people for dinner tonight. Shortly, I'm off to the farmers' market for fresh veggies to grill. I'm also going to do a couple batches of homemade ice cream.
