Our grandson is visiting for the weekend so our menus will be somewhat limited as he is particular about what he'll eat.
So I skewered some chicken tenders, dusted them with my all-purpose rub and grilled them. Tater tots and a salad competed the meal. At least until dessert later on.
After scarfing down our salads, Himself went out to grill a pork tenderloin and zucchini planks while I kept an eye on the crash potatoes. We also had some of the applesauce that I made a couple days ago. Seasoned the pork with something I bought on our last FL vacation at the recommendation of our resort's office manager. Tasty, but a bit salty.
I had another one of the tandoori seasoned chicken drumsticks and some of the Dragon Lady sesame noodles that DH made. He's off sharing some of that at a potluck tonight.
