pie:
300 g butter
125 g sugar
5 g salt
2 eggs
400 g flour, sifted
10 g vanillin powder
First mix the butter sugar and salt, until evenly blended, add the eggs and continue mixing . then add the flour and mix until you have a soft non sticking dough. Chill well. Bake at 180°C to 200°C for about 20 minutes, let cool.
Topping:
100 g sugar
50 g butter
300 g Sweetened condensed milk
300 g fondant chocolate ( for the topping)
Meanwhile put the sugar over heat in a deep pan until you have dark caramel, lower heat and then add butter and stir to melt, add the sweetened milk and bring to boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, take off from heat and spread over cooled pie. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and apply it over the caramel sauce.
