2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup wesson oil
1 cup boiling water
1 t. vanilla
Frosting:
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup white Karo syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
1 6oz. package chocolate chips
1/2 t. vanilla
Mix all cake ingredients together. Beat well and add 1 cup boiling water and 1 t. vanilla. (It's ok if it's pretty runny)
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Let cake cook a little
For frosting:Mix sugar, karo, milk and butter together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and vanilla.
Make icing smooth and drizzle over warm cake. Frosing will run.
