Griff loaf question..

Gonna try my first griff loaf tonight using this guideline..

Im guessing empty waterpan and around an hour cooking time ?? Anyone ??

I don't put the water pan in, but that's just me. I run around 300F. A one pound loaf will take a hour. Works for me.

temp not time ... the recipie u showed was about 170-175 internal temp, id say thats around med well ... depends on how u like it.

Yep, I ungerstand that.. I was trying to guage rough cooking time. Sorry, I should have been more specific..

So how'd it turn out? Sorry I didn't reply. I was out in the sticks hunting ducks/geese all last week and no internet.
