GRILLED ANGEL FOOD CAKE with STRAWBERRIES

Ingredient

½ cup butter, melted
1 angel food cake
2 pints strawberries, halved

Directions

Cut the angel food cake into 8 pieces. Brush melted butter on both sides of the pieces and allow to soak in. On a medium-hot grill, place cake pieces on the grate and cook until golden brown on each side. Place 2 pieces of cake onto a plate and top with strawberries.
