This was a really good dinner. The extra large chicken breast were marinated in Italian dressing, rubbed with Larry Wolfe Citrus and basted with a little Big Dude’s world class margarita’s (drank some too). The salad was out-of-the-garden spinach and red onion, just-down-the-road-fresh-picked strawberries, with raspberry vinaigrette dressing and sliced almonds and bleu cheese rumbles.
