Grilled Meat Balls on bed of Spaghetti

Put together some meat balls using ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, chopped onion, garlic, pepper flakes, flat leafed parsley, Pecorino Romano cheese and some lemon zest. Rolled them around on the grill until they had a nice crust and then let them cook a bit on the indirect side of the grill.

Placed them on a bed of spaghetti with some doctored up commercial sauce. The meat balls were fantastic. They would also be great for meat ball sammies.
