I took a gigantic outside skirt steak and filleted it like a fish and then cut it longways in half. Marinated in vinegar, olive oil & "D-Dog's BBQ Rub Original".. Grilled over infrared heat. Also made some natural quick and easy ABT's.. The ABT's awesome and low fat too... Put all of it in four tortillas for tacos de s.tejas...
