Thanks guys. My cake is out of the oven and cooling. I'll take a picture once we cut that sucker open. The lemon butter sauce is made. The rest of the garlic and onion are chopped, and Craig is finishing cleaning the mussels for my Carabbas copy cat dish. It's just too far to drive to the nearest one on a weeknight. Besides that, I can have all I went of my of my favorites wine, St. Michelle Pinot Gris, having one now and will probably have another in a few and I don't have to worry about driving.
I'm sure the singing would be great! It's the thought that counts.
