Hello, I am new to this forum or any forum for that matter. A little about me, I have been a professional chef for 25 years most of my cooking has been in So. Fl, but I am originally from washington DC. I am not very good at this forum thing so please bare with me as I may make a few mistakes until I get the hang of this.
